Everyday life can throw up a number of stressful experiences, a culmination of which can result in a degradation of your mental health. Stress and anxiety are not mutually exclusive, on the contrary, when someone is under a lot of stress this can result in symptoms of anxiety presenting themselves as well. Through counselling and psychotherapy, I am to help individuals to manage their stress and anxiety, listening closely to their concerns and using an integrative approach to provide advice and support relevant to the individual’s unique situation.
