In my private practice in Westmeath, I offer evidence-based care and am notably trauma-informed and developmentally informed. My tailored approach helps you navigate life's unique challenges. My extensive training, including an MA in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy (Children & Adolescents), allows me to blend person-centred principles, EMDR,  and creative techniques compassionately. This ensures our work together is uniquely suited to your needs, fostering authentic personal growth and lasting positive change. My commitment extends beyond my clinical room; I also guide the next generation of therapists as a faculty member at IICP Training and Education College.
